Wednesday, September 2, 2026 -An aspiring lawyer and taekwondo world champion has tragically been found d£ad at 19 years old.
Isabelle Sava, a black belt and law student at Queen Mary
University in Mile End, East London, was tragically found de@d last week.
She is believed to have di£d from cardiac arrest in her
sleep.
Emergency services found her unconscious in her bed. They
attempted to resuscitate her, but their efforts failed.
Tragically she was pronounced de@d.
Isabelle Sava was the only child of parents Laura
and Ovi Sava.
A family friend, Adriana Agache, has set up a fundraising
page for the family.
"It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I am
creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Laura and Ovi Sava, who
are facing every parent's worst nightmare – the sudden and unimaginable loss of
their beautiful and only daughter, Isabelle, at just 19 years old. Isabelle
passed away completely unexpectedly in her sleep after suffering a cardiac
arrest. Emergency services, including ambulance and air ambulance teams, fought
desperately to resuscitate her and save her life. Tragically, despite everything
they did, Isabelle could not be saved. There are simply no words for a loss
like this. Nineteen years was nowhere near enough. A beautiful young woman with
an extraordinary future Isabelle had her whole life ahead of her," the
fundraiser read.
"She was preparing to begin her second year studying
LLB Law at Queen Mary University of London, a Russell Group university, and was
working towards her dream of becoming a commercial lawyer. Isabelle wasn't
someone who simply dreamed about her future. Even at 19, she was already
working incredibly hard to build it. She immersed herself in university life
and the legal world. She was involved with the Law Society, Commercial
Awareness Society and Student Advancement Society, and was also a Student Blog Writer
for the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre. Her passion for law was already
becoming evident in her work. In 2026, a legal article written by Isabelle was
published by the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre – a remarkable achievement for
someone still at the very beginning of her university journey. She actively
sought opportunities to learn, gain legal experience and prepare herself for
the career she wanted."
An investigation into her passing is underway.
