Paramedic 'faces charges after peeing in staff food and on boss's desk with intention to sell video clips online

Monday, February 9, 2026 - A paramedic is accused of recording himself urinating in numerous places at work, including on his boss's desk and in a pot of chilli, with the intention of selling the clips online.

Christopher Carroll, 36, was slapped with dozens of criminal charges amid allegations he urinated at his workplace.

Carroll allegedly filmed himself in his uniform while deliberately peeing on his supervisor's keyboard at the local fire department offices.

He reportedly left his body fluids in a large icemaker at the fire station. Prosecutors claimed Carroll "urinated into the ice, wiped on a scoop and used the scoop to mix the urine throughout the ice in the icemaker before making a thumbs up gesture to the camera."

Carroll's defence lawyers argued he had no criminal record and had surrendered to police earlier in the week following the incident at the Baltimore County Fire Department office.

It was heard how his dad drove the paramedic down from Pennsylvania.

Maryland state prosecutors claim there is more video showing Carroll contaminating orange juice, hand soap, a can of vegetables and an air conditioner vent in the fire station. It was even heard he polluted a can of scented room spray in the doctor's office waiting room.

"Everyone wants to know why," defence lawyer Seth Okin said earlier at Carroll's court hearing in Towson, just north of Baltimore. "I don’t have the ability to answer that question right now."

Okin added there were more allegations undergoing review, but they are "enough for anyone sitting in the courtroom to react to."

Prosecutors have claimed Carroll filmed himself and posted videos online in a bid to sell them via subscription websites online.

Carroll was denied bail.
