Tuesday, September 22, 2026 -American influencer and streamer Clavicular has reportedly been charged with one count each of r@pe, drugging a person for s£x, and providing alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts.
The Looksmaxxing” influencer, whose real name is Braden
Peters, was criminally charged Sept. 8 with r@pe, drugging a person for s£x,
and providing alcohol to a minor for an ass@ult prosecutors said happened on
May 23, 2025, in Cape Cod, according to court records obtained by The Bulwark.
The r@pe charge alone carries a maximum sentence of 20 years
in prison and would require the pretty boy streamer to register as a s£x
offender if convicted.
Details of the alleged ass@ult remain limited, with the
documents withholding the victim’s identity in accordance with Massachusetts
laws protecting the privacy of s£xual violence victims. However, the date,
location, and charges appear to line up with accusations made by another
content creator in a civil lawsuit filed against Peters in Miami-Dade County in
April.
Fellow influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who goes by
Alorah Ziva online, sued Peters for battery, fraud, and emotional distress over
an alleged unwanted s£xual encounter that occurred in Cape Cod in May 2025.
Mendoza said Peters paid for an Uber to take her to his
family home in Cape Cod, and she went in hopes that meeting the streamer would
further her career, according to the suit.
But when she got to the home, Peters loaded Mendoza, who was
underage, up with “excessive amounts of alcohol” and then had s£x with her when
she was too inebriated to give consent, and again when she was asleep, the
lawsuit alleges.
“Peters then had sex with Mendoza while she was knowingly
intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,” the court doc
states.
“That morning, while Mendoza was asleep, she woke up with
Peters penetrating her and having s£x with her, again without her consent.”
After the sexual encounter, Peters sent Mendoza away in an
Uber and didn’t see her for six months, according to the suit.
The streamer didn’t directly address the allegations in the criminal case, but took to X Monday night and blasted the April suit filed by Mendoza.
“Trying to get my attention in anyway [sic] possible, a lawsuit? Seriously … really petty of you,” Peters said in the post.
Peters’ lawyer filed a motion to dismiss several counts of
the civil lawsuit in July.
A representative for Clavicular claimed in a statement to
TMZ that Mendoza added the s£xual ass@ult count to the lawsuit months after it
was initially filed.
The rep also said Peters was more than able to refute
Mendoza’s claims, and that the criminal case was later filed when “[s]he and
her lawyer then go to police.”
“Clavicular has not been physically served. As usual, the
Bulwark is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic,” the rep added
in another statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
Peters is due to be arraigned in court on Oct. 14, The
Bulwark reported.
