Wednesday, May 20, 2026 - Surrey Police in the UK are investigating two separate allegations of historical child s£xual abuse contained in Jeffrey Epstein files.
Officers said one of the reports relates to 'locations in
Surrey and Berkshire' in the mid-1990s to 2000, and the second to west Surrey
in the late 1980s.
The alleged victims are being interviewed by officers, and
no arrests have been made.
The force had earlier urged people to come forward with
information about claims of human trafficking and sexual assault.
In an unredacted FBI report from July 2020, which appeared
in the files, a woman claimed to have been drugged at night and driven to
'paedophile ring parties' in Virginia Water during the mid-1990s.
The same woman also claimed to have been hit by a dark blue
car 'driven by Prince Andrew' in which they allegedly suffered injuries to
their ribs, hip and leg.
In the same document, the woman alleged sexual abuse against
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and convicted s£x trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
She also claimed to have been restrained on a table and
'tortured with electrical shocks' by Maxwell, while the former prince and other
men watched on.
Surrey Police previously said they had found no evidence of
such allegations being reported to them after a review of their systems.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has previously denied any wrongdoing over his
links to the Epstein.
In a statement, the force said: 'Following the release of
files relating to Jeffery Epstein by the US Department of Justice, we are
investigating two separate allegations of non-recent child s£xual abuse.
'One report relates to locations in Surrey and Berkshire in
the mid-1990s to 2000. The other relates to the mid to late 1980s in West
Surrey. No arrests have been made.
'We take all reports of sexual offending seriously and will
work to identify any reasonable lines of enquiry to verify information or
establish corroborating evidence.
'There is no further information at this time.'
According to reports, a team of detectives has been deployed
to try to find corroborating evidence, which has not yet been possible.
Surrey is now the third British police force to formally
investigate allegations of criminality since the US Department of Justice
released millions of documents relating to the billionaire paedophile.
Andrew was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct
in public office.
Thames Valley police are examining claims he passed
confidential information to his friend Epstein while a government trade envoy.
The same force is also investigating allegations that a
woman was trafficked by Epstein to the UK for a s£xual encounter with Andrew.
Lord Mandelson, Britain's former ambassador to the US, is
being investigated by the Met Police for alleged misconduct in public office
after he allegedly forwarded confidential information to Epstein while he was
Tony Blair's business secretary.
He has denied all wrongdoing.
Surrey Police is reportedly examining claims that airports
and RAF bases were used for sex trafficking, after concerns were raised by
former Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
The Epstein files suggest that Epstein's aircraft travelled
to locations including Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, RAF Horsham, and RAF Marham.
