Wednesday, April 22, 2026 -Three members of a family were found d£ad in their home early this week.
Authorities in Alabama are investigating a triple homicide
after Lisa Gail Fields, 46, and her two children, 17-year-old Keziah Luker and
12-year-old Thomas Cordelle Jr., were found slain in their Wilmer, Alabama home
on Monday, April 20, according to the Mobile County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities did not name any suspects or persons of interest
as of Tuesday, April 21.
The investigation revealed Fields had been stabbed and her
throat was cut; Keziah had been fatally shot and Thomas was found with his
throat slit, according to the outlets.
The 12-year-old boy had been almost decapitated, according
to the sheriff.
All three victims had been bound
with zip ties with their hands behind their backs, and were found in separate
rooms, per police.
Keziah was about eight-months
pregnant, FOX 11 and AL.com reported.
The bodies were found after Keziah's boyfriend, who was at
work, noticed her phone moving on the Life360 app; when he couldn't reach her,
he asked his father to check in on her, News 5 reported.
His father found the bodies and called 911.
Police say the residence looked like someone had rummaged
through it, leading authorities to believe the suspects were looking for
something, both outlets reported.
Investigators are considering the possibility of multiple
suspects as the victims had been subdued.
An 18-month-old was found physically unharmed in the
residence; the child was Keziah's.
No suspects nor a motive have been identified as of Tuesday;
police say they don't believe the crime to be domestic in nature.
A GoFundMe has been set up for Fields' son to
support him with funeral arrangements for his family members.
Fields' husband Nathan Fields wrote in a post on
Facebook he is offering $1,000 to anyone who can provide him with
names of the suspects.
"Everyone knows we lost three very special people last
night. Senseless and uncalled for," he wrote in a separate post
on Tuesday, April 21.
"We had both finally found each other and it may not
have been perfect but she was and she made me better."
