Monday, March 30, 2026 - Joseph Baena has made a strong debut in competitive bodybuilding, securing multiple wins at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition.
The 26-year-old clinched first place in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavyweight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice, and Men’s Classic Physique Novice categories during the event.
He also earned a silver medal in the Men’s Classic Physique
Open Class C, sharing photos from the competition on social media showing him
posing on stage. Baena, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been following
closely in his father’s footsteps, pursuing a career in bodybuilding.
Schwarzenegger, a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, was
reportedly involved in his son’s preparation, training alongside him ahead of
the competition. The achievement marks an early milestone in Baena’s
bodybuilding journey, with observers noting his potential to build on his
father’s legacy in the sport.
