stirred major conversation after revealing on the Honest Bunch podcast that she
has a six-year-old son — a detail many fans never knew.
The actress, who became emotional at different moments on
the show, stood her ground about living life on her own terms. She addressed
criticisms about her body, her personality and even the accusations of
undergoing plastic surgery.
“My mom’s name is Gloria. You think calling me the name of
the woman… This is who I have been. Period. I wear the clothes that make me
feel comfortable. I’m not hiding from anybody,” she said.
Nkechi also spoke openly about having previously “hidden”
certain details about her personal life, including her child, saying she now
feels no pressure to keep anything private.
According to her, she once had someone arrested over
an issue involving leaked privacy. “I don’t really come online. But of course,
I got her arrested,” she said.
The highlight of the podcast came when she confirmed that
her son is six years old — then proceeded to call him right there on the show.
“Is Elijah home? Put him on the phone, please,” she asked.
When the little boy came on the line, the actress instantly switched into mum-mode.
