Tuesday, February 18, 2025 - Ugezu J. Ugezu has responded after Noble Igwe accused wealthy Igbo men of being "classless" and "unruly" in publicNoble had shared his experiences at a couple of public
. He narrated how some wealthy Igbo men came late to a wedding and
disrespected the hosts by disregarding the table arrangements.
He also narrated another instance where wealthy Igbo men went for an
event and when asked for their tags to prove they were invited, they gave a
rude response.
Noble called on Igbo men to do better.
Responding, actor Ugezu asked the media personality to be certain of the
allegations he is making because no one tells lies against an entire tribe and
gets away with it. He also warned that the gods will get involved if it's a
lie.
The actor wrote: "Mazi Noble Igwe, please be sure that you are not
chasing clout. Be sure that all the allegations you are making against Ndigbo
are true. Ifea ga abanyekwa na alusi (This thing will enter the shrine). Adi
asikpo obodo asi (They don't lie on an entire tribe). Adi esi alusi nwelu ibobo
ngo."
