Tuesday, January 28, 2025 - Another fuel-laden tanker has exploded at Kusogbogi in Agaie Local Government Area of Niger State.
The incident occurred at a boundary between
Agaie and Lapai LGAs around 6pm on Monday, January 27, 2025.

a week after a fuel tanker explosion at Dikko in Gurara LGA of Niger State,
left at least 98 persons d3ad, with many others severely injured.
A resident

attributing Tuesday’s incident to overspeeding and loss of control, he said
last week’s explosion occurred when the tanker rammed into a stationary truck
parked by the road, causing both trucks to burn.
