Tuesday, March 26, 2024 –Nigerian Solo Traveler, Pelumi Nubi, who began a road trip from London to Lagos on January 31, 2024, has survived a car accident.
She disclosed this on social media today,
March 26.
Posting a video of herself being carried in
an ambulance, she wrote; “Say a prayer for me.” She however did not mention
where the accident occurred, the cause as well as the extent of her injuries
Pelumi has faced a lot of challenges since
embarking on the journey. The challenges include a 24-hour hold at the Liberian
border as well as an entry denial to Sierra Leone last week. As a result, she
has postponed her original return date from March 23, 2024, to April 7, 2024
