Wednesday, August 19, 2026 - A father collapsed and d!ed in Minna, Niger State after his missing daughter was found.
Maryam Zubairu, a student of the School of Health
Technology, Minna, was declared missing after she left work at the General
Hospital, New Extension, around 6:00 p.m on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
It was gathered that Zubairu's mobile phone was also
unreachable after she left the hospital, throwing her parents into a
panic.
She was later found by vigilante members under the
leadership of Amb. Manta, and handed over to the school authorities.
After her parents confirmed and saw her, her father
immediately collapsed and passed away.
His funeral prayer was held on August 16, 2026 at Anguwan
Tsohin Kwata, Minna.
The circumstances surrounding her disappearance had not been
independently established.
