Sunday, June 21, 2026 -The Students' Union Government (SUG) President of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), James Iyanuoluwa Adio, is currently trending on social media after his private videos leaked online.
The videos, which can be found on X, began circulating
online barely a day after reports emerged that Adio had been suspended over
alleged extortion-related misconduct.
According to claims circulating online, the student leader
was allegedly subjected to blackmail before the videos were leaked. It was
alleged that some money was demanded from Adio, and he was threatened with the
release of the private recordings if the demands were not met.
The situation reportedly escalated after the alleged
financial demands were not met, leading to the release of the now-viral videos,
shared online.
