Tuesday, March, 10 2026 - Students and teachers narrowly escaped de@th after a four‑storey school building collapsed in the Aguda area in Ogba, Lagos state on Monday, March 9.
The building collapsed minutes after students and staff had
been evacuated from the premises. Eyewitnesses say the collapse happened about
three minutes after evacuation from the building, which had shown signs of
structural issues prior to the incident. Authorities including the Lagos Fire
and Rescue Service, are at the scene.
It is yet to be confirmed if there were any casualties.
