Princesses BEATRICE and EUGENIE dragged further into scandal surrounding their father ex-PRINCE ANDREW's over £100k secret payments from billionaire

Monday, March, 9 2026 - Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have been drawn deeper into the controversy surrounding their father, Prince Andrew, following the leak of an email discussing potential payments to the sisters.

The email, reportedly obtained by the Mail on Sunday, indicated that Andrew pushed for his daughters to receive £100,000 in payments from a billionaire he was assisting during his time as a UK trade envoy. According to the report, Andrew discussed the arrangement in June 2011 with Jonathan Rowland, the son of financier David Rowland.

The message suggested that Beatrice and Eugenie would each receive £50,000. Reports also claim Andrew himself was expected to receive a total of £300,000 from David Rowland, although it remains unclear whether the payments were ever made.

The revelations prompted calls from several members of parliament seeking clarification about whether the payments actually took place. The developments come as scrutiny continues over Andrew’s past connections with late financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Separately, Anti-Slavery International confirmed that its relationship with Princess Eugenie has ended. The organisation, widely regarded as the world’s oldest human rights group, had previously listed Eugenie as a patron and praised her work supporting campaigns against modern slavery.

In a statement, the charity said: “After seven years, our patronage from HRH Princess Eugenie of York has come to an end. We thank the Princess very much for her support for Anti-Slavery International. We hope that she continues to work to end slavery for good and deliver freedom for everyone.”

There has been no suggestion of wrongdoing by Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie or their mother, Sarah Ferguson, in relation to the allegations connected to Epstein
