Friday, March, 20 2026 - Chuck Norris has been hospitalised in Hawaii following a medical emergency, according to reports citing sources with direct knowledge of the situation.
The 86-year-old actor and martial artist was taken to
hospital on the island of Kauai within the last 24 hours, though the exact
nature of the emergency has not been disclosed. Sources said Norris remains in
good spirits despite the incident.
The situation appears to have developed suddenly, as Norris
was reportedly training on the island just a day earlier and was described as
upbeat and joking during a phone call with a friend.
The health scare comes shortly after Norris celebrated his
86th birthday on March 10, sharing a video of himself sparring with a trainer
on social media.
“I don’t age. I level up,” he wrote. “I’m 86 today! Nothing
like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I’m grateful
for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love. Thank
you all for being the best fans in the world. Your support through the years
has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.”
Norris, born Carlos Ray Norris, is widely known for his
career in martial arts and film, including his role as Cordell Walker in the
long-running television series Walker, Texas Ranger. He also starred alongside
Bruce Lee in the 1972 film The Way of the Dragon.
There has been no official statement from his
representatives regarding his condition.
