Police raid former Prince ANDREW's Sandringham property after his arrest

Friday, February 19 2026 - Police have reportedly carried out a raid on Andrew's Sandringham estate after his arrest on his 66th birthday.

According to Express UK, six unmarked police cars were seen arriving at the Royal Family's Norfolk home after 8am on Thursday morning, and are believed to have raided the property.

Around eight plain-clothed officers, with one carrying a police-issue laptop, were seen arriving at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate, where Andrew is temporarily living.  One of the cars drove down the front drive, and the other five went in the back entrance to the five-bedroom farmhouse in the village of Wolferton, the report said.

Thames Valley Police said: " Thames Valley Police have opened an investigation into an offence of misconduct in public office. A man in his sixties from Norfolk has been arrested and remains in police custody. As per national guidance, we will not name the arrested man."

It comes as seven UK police forces are said to be examining new evidence from the Epstein files. This includes Essex Police, the Met, Thames Valley, Bedfordshire, Surrey, Norfolk and Wiltshire. The forces are working together in their enquiries to ensure there is a consistent approach applied during the investigations.

Yesterday, it emerged that the National Crime Agency (NCA) is working with the police task force assessing the Epstein files, including claims made against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The news of the undercover police officers' sighting comes as Andrew marks his 66th birthday.

Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing
