by police operatives.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, Abubakar
Sadiq Aliyu, in a statement shared on the command’s Facebook page, the suspects

were neatly concealed.00
Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects
allegedly collected the arms and ammunition from Jos, Plateau State, and were
on their way to deliver them to a notorious bandit kingpin.

since commenced. Further developments will be communicated in due course,” he
added.
Abubakar noted that the Commissioner of Police, Bello Shehu,
