Thursday, January 15, 2026 - Blac Chyna has excused her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector of domestic violence, via physical and verbal abuse, in a new legal filing.
The 37-year-old reality star and mother of two filed
paperwork on December 30, 2025, in rebuttal to an assault and battery lawsuit
Hector, 28, filed against her in 2024, claiming she attacked him while he was
sleeping.
Chyna claimed in legal docs that some aggressive actions she
took against Hector in varied instances were done as a means of self-defense -
claims which Hector's attorney Kirk Edward Schenck pushed back on as 'a feeble
attempt to deflect attention from her own violence' in a statement to the Daily
Mail on Wednesday.
Schenck said, 'Aggressors with no defense for their action
often try to "blame the victim". Quite simply, we believe [Chyna] has
no defense for her vicious attack on Mr. Hector while he slept.'
The Washington, D.C. native, whose real name is Angela Renée
White, is mother to son King Cairo Stevenson, 13, with Tyga, and daughter
Dream Renée Kardashian, nine, with Rob Kardashian.
Chyna told the court that in one instance in 2023, both
children were physically nearby when Hector (whose full name is Taiyon Hector)
choked her and spat on her; Hector has denied the claims, calling them
'blatantly false'.
Chyna estimated that she and Hector were romantically
involved between 2020 and March 2023.
Chyna said in the legal filing that Hector had 'engaged in a
pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior' throughout the
course of the years-long relationship.
Chyna pointed to a March 28, 2023 argument, saying that
Hector 'refused to leave' her home as she was getting ready for an out-of-state
trip.
Chyna told the court that they began arguing over his
insistence on staying at the home, at which point he became increasingly
'hostile and violent.'
Chyna told the court that Hector had been 'choking [her],
spitting on [her], verbally abusing [her], and engaging in intimidating
conduct' all witnessed by the family nanny.
Chyna said in the legal filing that she was afraid 'not only
for her own safety, but also for the safety and well-being of her children.'
Chyna said that 'law enforcement was ultimately contacted,
and [Hector] was removed from the residence.'
Chyna said in legal documents that any actions she took that
were aggressive with Hector, who is 'physically larger' than she is, were done
'solely in self-defense during the incident.'
She told the court that Hector had also damaged 'both
personal property and business inventory' in destroying fashion-related items
she owned including wigs, extensions and clothes, causing her 'substantial
financial loss.'
Chyna said in her legal filing that Hector's escalating
rages led her to 'fear for her safety.'
Hector has 'continued a campaign pattern of harassment and
intimidation, including repeated public attacks against [her] on social media,'
Chyna told the court.
Chyna said in the legal filing that on December 15, 2025,
Hector 'posted profane and derogatory statements targeting [her] by name on
Instagram.'
Hector used Chyna's 'photograph without her consent' with
the posts, Chyna told the court.
Chyna told the court that the nature of Hector's posts
appeared to 'incite others to target her,' adding that his latest album -
titled I Hate You - includes inflammatory statements that were 'clearly
directed' toward her.
Chyna said in legal documents that she wanted her home
address redacted from the filing, as Hector's 'continued public hostility,
threats, and inflammatory statements may incite third parties' to take action
against her.
Chyna's filing stated that Hector put her and her 'minor
children at heightened and unreasonable risk of harassment, stalking, or
physical harm.'
Hector's attorney Schenck, said Chyna 'has faced allegations
of physical violence before' adding that 'Hector is not the first person to
claim Ms. White has attacked them.
He added: 'We have the evidence. We will prove our case and
extensive damages.'
He told Daily Mail of his client: 'Anyone who knows Mr.
Hector knows he is a gentleman who has never engaged in any form of violence or
aggression, against Ms. White, or anyone else.'
Schenck advised Chyna to retain the services of a lawyer for
the case, adding, 'She is going to need one.'
Hector, in the fall of 2024, accused Chyna of domestic
violence, civil assault, and battery in a $10 million lawsuit filed
in California Superior Court.
