Monday, December 15, 2025 - A 43-year-old woman was attacked and s3xually assaulted by her boyfriend who accused her of infidelity.
The incident occurred at a residence in Tongaat -
KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
According to Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), the suspect
returned home after consuming alcohol and accused the woman of being involved
with another man.
An argument ensued during which the victim informed him that
she no longer wished to continue the relationship.
The suspect locked her inside the house, physically assaulted
and r@ped her till Monday morning.
Residents contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) after
the woman managed to escape from the residence.
Upon arrival, Reaction Officers were informed that the
suspect had fled the scene prior to their arrival.
The victim sustained open wounds to her face after being
assaulted with a stick.
The woman further stated that her partner has a history of
violence and had st@bbed her during a previous incident.
She was transported to a medical facility by Officers from
the Tongaat South African Police Service (SAPS) in KZN.
