Thursday, November 6, 2025 - Media personality, Chioma Ahaghotu, has said that a p00r Nigerian woman living in Nigeria has no business marrying a p00r man.
Ahaghotu, who stated this in a Facebook post on Wednesday,
November 5, 2025, described the “p00r man + p00r woman” union as a 'tragedy
written in sweating and unpaid bills'
According to her, children bear the brunt of such unions due
to lack of access to essential resources and parental care while the women not
only hustle to provide for the family but also play wife, mother, cleaner,
chef, and therapist.
"If
you’re a p00r Nigerian woman living in Nigeria, honestly, you’re better off
staying single than marrying a p00r man, because you will suffer. Let me
explain," she wrote.
P00rs don't
make a comfortable. The “p00r man + p00r woman” combo is often a tra*gedy
written in sweating and unpaid bills. Once you add children, the struggle
multiplies.
The woman
will hustle outside to contribute, then still come home to play wife, mother,
cleaner, chef, and therapist, all on empty stomach and low battery. The more
