Tuesday, October 21, 2025 - Four policemen under the Adamawa State Command have been arrested for alleged incivility to members of the public.

The Command picked up and detained the four on charges of indiscipline and breach of standard operational procedure.

This was after they allegedly went out of their way in the course of trying to arrest a suspect by shooting to effect the arrest, committing what is described as excessive force.
