Wednesday, September 10, 2025 - A commercial motorcyclist identified as Monday Mbah, has been k!lled by unknown assailants in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau state.
Mbah was attacked and shot d3ad near the gate of the Rukuba
Barracks in Agingi Kisaloi area of Bassa around 7pm on Monday, September 8,
2025.
According to reports, the assailants made away with his
motorcycle after k!lling him.
Reports say the area has seen a resurgence of criminal
activities, including kidnappings and robbery in the last few weeks.
It was further gathered that a Corps member was kidnapped in
the area a few days ago.
Last month, the Plateau State Police Command arrested suspected armed robbers terrorising
communities in Bassa LGA.
