President TINUBU’s reforms must be consolidated for long-term stability – Group says

Tuesday, September 16, 2025 - A political support group, BTO4PBAT2027, has declared that President Bola Tinubu’s policy reforms must be consolidated to guarantee Nigeria’s long-term stability and progress.

The Director-General of the movement, Adesuyi Adojutelegan, stated this during the inauguration of the group in Arigidi Akoko, Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State, where over 350 residents received cash empowerment as part of its grassroots outreach programme.

Adojutelegan noted that President Tinubu’s leadership has already delivered reforms in the economy, infrastructure, and governance that should not be truncated.

He said the President has brought rapid development to the country through economic reforms and infrastructure projects.

He said: “Tinubu’s policy reforms must be consolidated for Nigeria’s future stability. This movement is geared towards ensuring that his re-election in 2027 becomes a reality, so the gains of today are not lost tomorrow.

“With unwavering commitment to the continued progress of our nation, this movement is geared towards the re-election of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.”

“Proudly sponsored by Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, Honourable Minister of Interior, this event was a resounding success, bringing together passionate supporters, community leaders, and citizens united for a greater Nigeria.

“The cash empowerment initiative was a key highlight, aimed at addressing immediate community needs and igniting hope among local residents. We believe the cash empowerment will help them in a little way to cater for their immediate needs,”

Adojutelegan explained that the empowerment initiative was symbolic of the president’s broader agenda, aimed at linking national reforms with local community needs.

He emphasized the need for citizen participation as the bedrock of policy continuity, urging youths to take advantage of the ongoing voter registration exercise:

“I want to encourage our people in the southwest to take advantage of the online registration. If you just turned eighteen, it’s time for you to register. Your vote is your right, and you can only participate in the election with your voter card.”

Spokesperson of the group, Folajimi Adewumi, commended Tunji-Ojo for his role in driving reforms in his ministry and for aligning with Tinubu’s vision.

He said Tunji-Ojo’s support has not only strengthened the group’s mission but also demonstrated the minister’s alignment with Tinubu’s reformist agenda.

Adewumi said: “Tunji-Ojo has become a star figure in governance, and with BTO4PBAT2027, we are committed to mobilizing grassroots support that will secure victory for President Tinubu in 2027.

He also used the platform to call on youths to register and collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), stressing that participation in the electoral process is key to safeguarding reforms
