Man arrested in Osun after his girlfriend mysteriously dies shortly after arrival at his house

Monday, August 25, 2025 - The police in Osun state have taken into custody a young man identified as Yinka whose girlfriend Bidemi Omole, mysteriously d!ed in his house located in Esa-Oke town in Osun State last Friday, August 22.

According to reports, the deceased had taken ill shortly after arriving at Yinka's house and sadly passed away while still in the house.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, Abiodun Ojelabi, said Yinka has been arrested and investigation has since commenced. She added that an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of her de@th.
