Keep your distance just as you've done for the last 8 years - Nigerian woman slams her ex-husband after he seeks reconciliation

Monday, May 19, 2025 - A Nigerian woman, Nancy Johnson, has warned her ex-husband and his family to keep away from her three sons after they allegedly abandoning them for eight years.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, May 18, 2025, Nancy claimed that her ex turned his back on his sons and responsibilities as a father, telling her that "she will crawl and beg".

According to the mother of three, her ex has come back under the guise that his father wants to see the same children they had allegedly distanced themselves from for eight years.

Nancy recalled a time she was overwhelmed by bills after her son was admitted into secondary school, and she called her mother-in-law but the woman allegedly refused to help.

“After years of abandonment, ndi ogoo uwa now seek forgiveness? How ironic,” she wrote.

"It's been eight long years — eight years of silence, absence, and disregard. Now you claim your father wants to see the children you all turned your back on

Tell him to keep that same energy he had when you people chose to abandon us, saying I will crawl and beg.... nwababy beg?

"I owe you all no forgiveness. These boys you deserted will find their root someday, Until then, watch them grow from a distance.

Don't disturb my parents with your sudden interest. Your absence spoke louder than any apology could.

Despite your evil wishes, none came to pass because I serve a living God, not man. Mmadụ abụghị Chukwu. Now run along and keep your distance, just as you've done all these years. I'm in my place of peace , and none of ya all can distract me.

To whom it may concern, ndi ogoo uwa for now I have given these boy's to ndi aro ndi izogu una go cry duduvagah.
