Thursday, February 20, 2025 - Brandon Hantz, a veteran of the "Survivor" franchise, has been arrested on charges of racketeering conspiracy and arson, alongside several alleged associates facing murder charges. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas unsealed a 22-count indictment on Wednesday, charging Hantz and 13 others with various crimes related to their alleged involvement with the Bandidos motorcycle gang.
Prosecutors allege that the Bandidos are engaged in a turf war with a
rival gang, BEAST, and that the Bandidos issued a "smash on site"
order against their rivals, instructing members to assault and even murder BEAST
members. While Hantz, who reportedly uses the nicknames "Loco" and
"Gun Drop," is not accused of assault or murder, he faces two
charges: racketeering conspiracy and arson, each carrying up to 20 years in
prison.
A federal law enforcement source confirmed to TMZ that the former
"Survivor" contestant was charged in connection with the indictment.
A family member revealed that the FBI raided Hantz's home, even though he
reportedly left the Bandidos gang last year.
