Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - Lala Kent, reality TV star and former "Vanderpump Rules" cast member, revealed her unconventional use of surplus breast milk during a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.
Kent shared that she consumed approximately "10 ounces of breast
milk" by adding it to her coffee instead of discarding it. "I wasn’t
about to dump it down the sink," she explained, emphasizing her commitment
to making use of the "liquid gold."
Although Kent admitted she’s not deeply attached to breastfeeding, she
jokingly referred to herself as a "good factory" for her daughters,
3-month-old Sosa and 3-year-old Ocean.
This isn’t the first time Kent has opted for breast milk as a coffee
additive. Back in 2021, she confessed to using her "boobie milk" as a
substitute for creamer after running out at home. That incident also made its
way into an episode of Vanderpump Rules, where she attempted to
convince her then-fiancé, Randall Emmett, to try it. Emmett refused, which Kent
said left her disappointed, as she thought it would be "so hot."
Since her split from Emmett in 2021 amid allegations of infidelity and
his subsequent denial of sexual misconduct claims, Kent has moved forward
independently. She welcomed her second child, Sosa, via a sperm donor and has
expressed openness to using the same method for future children.
Kent’s candidness about her parenting choices and quirky habits
continues to keep fans entertained while highlighting her unconventional but
resourceful approach to motherhood.
