Tuesday, January 7, 2025 - Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has appointed Dr. Babagana Mustapha Malumbe as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor’s Office. Dr. Malumbe, who is currently serving as the Commissioner for Budget and
Planning, will now assume the role of Deputy Chief of Staff. His appointment
