Sunday, December 08, 2024 -A surprising incident unfolded recently as two mentally challenged men were spotted having what appeared to be a coherent discussion in the middle of a busy street.
Eyewitnesses at the scene were left stunned by the interaction,
noting that the men’s behavior seemed unusually composed while they were being
filmed. The spectacle drew attention from passersby, some of whom expressed
amazement at the apparent clarity in their communication despite their known
mental health challenges.
